(Radio.com) An ex-publicist for the Insane Clown Posse is suing the band for sexual harassment. According to the Detroit Free Press, Andrea Pelligrini claims that in the three years she worked for ICP's Psychopathic Records she was subject to sexual advances, noting a time that she was given a sex toy by a fellow employee after it was revealed she was single.

In the 17-page complaint filed on Monday (September 16) in Detroit's Oakland County Circuit Court, Pelligrini also alleges that she was bullied by colleagues and asked to perform legal work she considered unethical.

In the suitwhich cites Psychopathic Records and ICP members Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope as defendents Pelligrini claims the band wrongfully terminated her after she reported the abuses to the group.

An attorney for Pyschopathic and ICP responded to the wrongful termination allegations, saying, "The allegations are untrue. Ms. Pellegrini was terminated for poor job performance. I can't comment further because the matter is in litigation."

Pelligrini's lawyer on the other hand said the firing and alleged harassment have "devastated her life" and that Pellegrini is in counseling because of it.

Though the suit does not specify a damages amount, her lawyer said they will try for a "substantial amount." more on this story
