Slash Now Has His Own Signature Burger

(hennemusic) California-based Umami Burger has just launched the Slash Burger, named after the iconic rock guitarist, with a portion of sales benefitting the Los Angeles Youth Network.

The Slash Burger includes shiitake mushrooms, caramelized onions, American cheese, avocado spread, and wasabi aioli. The burger is also served with a Parmesan cheese crisp.

They are charging $15 for The Slash Burger and donating one dollar towards to Los Angeles Youth Network (LAYN). It will be available at all Umami locations until November 27. more on this story
