Coldplay Announce Intimate Shows

04/18/2014
.
(Radio.com) Coldplay are gearing up to release their latest album, Ghost Stories, on May 19, and they're already plotting dates to bring fans their new music via shows in North America, Paris, Tokyo and London.

The six-date trek, which will have the band playing smaller, more intimate gigs, includes two stops in America: May 5 at New York City's Beacon Theatre and an L.A. show at Royce Hall on May 19, the day of the album's release.

The band gave fans at Austin's SXSW a taste of their latest release in March at the iTunes Festival, debuting tracks off their sixth album, which follows 2011′s record-turned comic book, Mylo Xyloto, including "Magic," the Bon Iver-sounding "Midnight," "Another's Arms" and "Always in My Head."
