Miley Cyrus Postpones Bangerz Tour Following Hospitalization

04/21/2014
.
Popstar Miley Cyrus tweeted her frustration from the hospital on Friday as she was forced to miss a home town performance and her team has postponed the remaining dates of her U.S. tour.

Cyrus was hospitalized last week after she suffered a severe allergic reaction to antibiotic. The rest of the Bangerz North American tour dates have been rescheduled until August.

The good news is that Cyrus has added two new stops to the tour. She will be performing in Pittsburgh on August 4th and she added a new stop in Chicago on August 14th.

Cyrus was not happy about missing her scheduled home town show in Nashville on Friday. "Pi**ed off @ everything/everyone," she tweeted. "Sux seeing everyone havin fun in Nashville. My home town & the place I was looking the most forward to".

At press time, it appeared that the European leg of the Bangerz tour will go forward as originally scheduled.

Rescheduled dates:
August 1 -- Uniondale, NY Nassau Coliseum
August 2 -- Philadelphia, PA Wells Fargo Center
August 4 -- Pittsburgh, PA Venue TBD
August 6 -- Charlotte, NC Time Warner Cable Arena
August 7 -- Nashville, TN Bridgestone Arena
August 9 -- Louisville, KY KFC YUM! Center
August 10 -- St. Louis, MO Scottrade Center
August 12 -- Kansas City, MO Sprint Center
August 14 -- Chicago, IL United Center
