'90s indie rockers American Football have announced that they will be reuniting for at least two shows this fall, which will mark the first time they have played together in 15th years.

The trio, Mike Kinsella, Steve Lamos, and Steve Holmes, will be performing at The Pygmalion Festival in Illinois on September 28th and at Webster Hall in New York City on October 11th.

The reunion shows will be launched in support of the reissue of their 1999 self-titled debut album which is being rereleased on May 20th in various formats including 2xLP, 2xCD, cassette tape, and digital.

The Deluxe Edition reissue will feature a wealth of bonus material, including an album's worth of rare live recordings, demos, and practice sessions (in which the group rehearsed material they never recorded elsewhere), according to announcement from the band.
