(Radio.com) Justin Bieber might just want to stop traveling all together. Only days after apologizing to fans in China and Japan after posting a photo of himself in prayer outside the The Yaskuni Shrine, which honors individuals who died in service to the Empire of Japan, the Biebz was questioned by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol officials at Los Angeles International Airport last Thursday (April 24) after his trip to Asia.

According to a statement given to The Hollywood Reporter from Bieber's reps, the pop star he was held three to four hours before being let go. No word on why he was originally detained though as THS points out, it is standard procedure for non-citizens to be detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) upon entering the U.S. if they have committed a prior crime.

Earlier that same day, Bieber's trial for driving under the influence in Miami was delayed until July after his lawyers reportedly asked for more time to examine evidence and discuss whether to accept a possible plea deal.

Bieber is also still awaiting word whether he'll be charged with vandalism following a January incident in Calabasas, where he allegedly egged his neighbor's home. more on this story
