Old Crow Medicine Show Announce New Album and Tour
. "This is country music for people who think country music needs a whoopin'" Ketch Secor said in a press release. "Country music that knows how deep its roots run - from the dirtiest blues to the folkiest folk, the songwriters, the crooners and the Outlaws, to the Opry stage; it's all here." Ten years after the success of their track "Wagon Wheel," which originally began as a track on a Bob Dylan work tape which OCMS's Ketch Secor finished, and then made popular again by Darius Rucker's 2013 cover, the band will add another Dylan/Old Crow Medicine Show-penned song to their catalog called "Sweet Amarillo." Remedy is produced by Ted Hutt (Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys, Gaslight Anthem), who produced their last release, 2012's Carry Me Back. Check out the tour dates here.
