Here is the recap: (Radio.com) After nearly a decade away from the band, Nick Oliveri is slowly re-familiarizing himself with Queens of the Stone Age. The rock bassist performed with his former band live for the first time in 10 years Wednesday night, Rolling Stone reports.

The rockers were performing in Portland, Ore., when Oliveri appeared onstage to sing lead vocals on "You Think I Ain't Worth a Dollar, But I Feel Like a Millionaire" from the band's 2002 junior release Songs for the Deaf during the set's encore.

Oliveri was fired from Queens of the Stone Age in 2004, with the reason seemingly his tendency to party- a lot. Since then, his prominent project has been the metal/punk act Mondo Generator.

However, he reconnected with the band last year, singing backing vocals on "If I Had a Tail" from 2013′s Like Clockwork. Fan-shot video of the Portland performance can be found - here.
