St. Vincent Shares Her Paranoia in 'Digital Witness' Video
. The video finds Clark standing eerily still among stark color and shape contrasts, a prisoner in the most stylish sanitarium ever. But of course, she knew this was coming. Clark and the mute, anonymous cast are surrounded by severe, institutional right angles, in rooms full of yellow, blue-green and Bauhaus architecture. "Digital Witness" is a deconstruction of the typical lip syncing/fake performance video that most major-label artists plod through. Its visual language stands alone, unlike any music video from a major label artist out in 2014. Clark's St. Vincent comes out Feb. 25. Watch the video for "Digital Witness" here.
