Mastodon are looking ahead to spring and have announced that they will be launching a U.S. headline tour that will feature support from Gojira and Kvelertak.
The tour is set to kick off on April 29th at the Roseland Theater in Portland, Or and is scheduled to conclude on May 18th with an appearance at the Rock On The Range Festival.
The band have hard at work on their forthcoming studio album. According to Warner Bros, the band have been in a Nashville studio with producer Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Deftones) working on the effort and will reveal more details soon.
