Julian Casablancas Delivers New Song 'Human Sadness'
. According to NME, the song will be featured on the soundtrack for the film She's Lost Control, a crowdsourced film that takes a look at a woman in New York City who "teaches men how to be intimate and make love." The film is slated to debut at this year's South by Southwest Festival in Austin, Texas. The song itself has Casablancas helping out the film's composer Simon Taufique, by chiming in every so often with a few lines to help play up the sweet keyboard composition. The clip of the song has unfortunately been taken down, so you'll have to take our word about how pretty this song is. This summer will be a busy one for Casablancas, who is set to perform at this year's Governor's Ball in NYC on his own and with his band The Strokes for their first live show since 2011. There are also rumblings of a solo album, which may or may not be called Voidz. This would be a follow-up to his 2009 solo debut, Phrazes for the Young. Check out the song here.
