Machine Head Recording New Album For 20th Anniversary

(TeamRock Radio) Machine Head will start recording their seventh album this weekend, mainman Robb Flynn has confirmed. The follow-up to 2011's Unto The Locust is set for release later this year - the 20th anniversary of their debut record Burn My Eyes.

Flynn says via his blog: "It's going to be a fun album to record. We have some really, really strong songs. Powerful songs. There's no question it's going to be a big project."

"With big projects come big expectations, and sometimes big issues - but the feeling in the band is so positive we're chomping at the bit to get started." He had more to say.
