Def Leppard's Joe Elliot Lands Film Role

(hennemusic) Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott will be hitting the big screen. He will appear in the upcoming feature film "The Bridge." A theatrical release date for "The Bridge" is still to be announced.

Directed by Marshall Lewy, "The Bridge" is a coming-of-age, rock and roll drama that chronicles the unlikely rise of small-town music prodigy Luke Weaver, played by writer/director Bobby Field.

Elliott will play the character "Ziggy" and will act alongside musicians from other bands like Ricky Warwick from Black Star Riders/Thin Lizzy, Eddie Ojeda from Twisted Sister and Sin Quirin from Ministry. more on this story
