Sunday Wilde Teases New Album

(The Blues) Sunday Wilde has released a teaser stream for upcoming fifth album He Digs Me. The pianist and singer aims to cover "dirty blues, blues country, blues ballad, a bit of electric, a bit of acoustic and even some pop" on the 13-track release, due on February 14.

Along with the title track, Handle Me, Sunday's Midnight Blues, Crying Shame and Show Me Mercy, the album also features a cover of Patsy Cline's I Fall To Pieces and an a cappella version of Walk With Me Lord.

Wilde's band includes Reno Jack (upright bass), Carol Dierking (drums) and Little Bobby (guitar) with guest appearances by trumpeter Bobby J Marks, saxophonist Jimmy Wallace and drummer Dan Dahlin. Listen to the preview here.
