(Radio.com) With his already storied career reignited thanks to being featured on Daft Punk's Grammy-sweeping Random Access Memories, producer Giorgio Moroder is ready to work with music's elite and return to his hit-making ways.

In a recent interview with Digital Spy, Moroder all but confirmed that David Guetta will be among the first wave of new collaborators that he'll connect with in the recording studio.

"I cannot mention the name now because the contracts are not signed, but I'm going to work in the next few days with a very great singer. It's one of my all-time favorite singers," he revealed. "In fact I started to work a little bit with David Guetta. So do you know? It's difficult to answer the rumors, but maybe. Maybe. I don't know."

Moroder, who over the years has crafted hits with a wide range of artists, including Donna Summer, Blondie and Berlin, seems eager to see if he could pick up where he left off with the current crop of female pop stars. See what he had to say and the names he is interested in.
