(TeamRock Radio) Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker will discuss the plane crash that nearly killed him in his upcoming book. He survived a 2008 runway accident that took the lives of four other people. His friend DJ AM was the only other survivor, but later died of a drugs overdose.

The experience has left Barker with a permanent fear of flying and he travels by boat for Blink tours. In 2011 he told how he'd nearly lost a hand and a foot as doctors battled to save him after the crash, admitting: "Mentally I was a basket-case."

Now he'll tell the inside story in his forthcoming autobiography Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death and Drums, Drums, Drums, to be published in June. more on this story
