Mike & The Mechanics Anniversary and Mike Rutherford Autobiography

(Classic Rock) Mike & The Mechanics celebrate 25 years since their biggest hit The Living Years with two album releases in January, followed by a UK tour in February. Band leader Mike Rutherford's autobiography is also due on sale.

Two M&TM albums are set for release later this month: The Singles 1985-2014, the first definitive, cross-label collection of the band's biggest hits, along with Living Years 25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition. Both albums will be released through Universal on January 20.

Finally, Mike Rutherford will be releasing his autobiography, also called The Living Years. The book, the first memoir by a member of Genesis, is a touching story about fathers, families, friendship and, of course, life in one of the biggest bands in the world. The Living Years will be released on January 23 through Constable.

Rutherford talks about all this activity in a video here.
