Lambesis made the court appearance yesterday (January 15) for a "readiness conference," where it was to be determined if a plea agreement could be reached before the trial, but a plea discussion did not take place inside the courtroom, according to Lambgoat's "courtroom mole".

The site reports that their contact spoke with prosecutor Claudia Grasso who informed them that the criminal proceedings have been delayed "for further negotiations," hinting that a plea deal may currently be under negotiation.
