According to reports from TMZ and The Hollywood Reporter, West's fianc� Kim Kardashian had arrived at a chiropractor's office alone and was surrounded by paparazzi. The victim, while holding the door for Kardashian to enter the building, swore at the photographers, allegedly saying, ""F*** these f*****-a** n******."

Kardashian reportedly confronted the man about his language, at which point he screamed at her, "F*** you, b****" and called her a "n***** lover."

Kardashian then called West on his cell phone, at which point West came into the lobby of the office, found the man, and allegedly punched him. According to TMZ, a massage therapist in the office separated the two men. - more on this story
