. Warner Bros. Records said in the announcement on Monday that Talbot's doctors expect him to make a full recovery but they have advised him not to join the tour so that he can recover. Talbot will be replaced on the tour by Rick Rosas, who has a long history of performing with Young including with Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young. The tour will be kicking off next Monday, July 7th in Reykjavik, Iceland at the Laugardsholl and will conclude on August 8th in Alsace, France at the annual Festival de la Foire aux Vins. 07/07 Reykjavik Laugardsholl
