Loop and Godflesh Teaming Up For More Dates

03/05/2014
.
(Prog) Loop and Godflesh have added two shows to their UK double-header run in June. The bands will appear together in Leeds and Glasgow, in addition to previously-announced London stops as part of Loop's European tour.

The outfits have a long history together - but they didn't expect to have the opportunity to share a stage again until Loop mainman Robert Hampson confirmed his band were reuniting in order to draw a line under their achievements.

Last April he said: "I always felt unfinished. I'm so proud to say that John Wills, Neil Mackay, Scott Dowson and myself have agreed to perform a limited number of shows across the world - then we can put it finally to rest with a better feeling of completion."

Now he comments: "Brothers in arms, kindred spirits; call it what you will, there was always a bond and forever shall remain one. Loop and Godflesh back together, where they belong." more on this story
