Fourth SXSW Hit-and-Run Victim Dies

(Classic Rock) A fourth person has died as a result of injuries sustained in last month's South By Southwest hit-and-run incident. Austin Police Department have confirmed DeAndre Tatum is the latest fatality. They'd previously identified the first three victims as Jamie West, 27, Steve Craenmehr, 35, and Sandy Thuy Le, 26.

Suspect Rashad Charjun Owens was tasered and apprehended after driving a car, believed to have been stolen, into a queue outside the Mohawk music venue during the annual festival.

He's charged with two counts of murder and 23 of assault but could face further charges as a result of the two later deaths. Evan West, husband of Jamie, is one of those who remains in hospital after the incident on March 17. more on this story
