Also included on the bill are Danny Tenaglia, Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Kaskade and Mat Zo. The artists were announced as part of the fest's "Phase 1″ reveal, which is alerting fans and concertgoers to the 50 acts that will top the bill over the sixth edition, three-day event set for Aug. 29-31 on Randall's Island in New York. The performers will be spread out across five stages.

Last year's Electric Zoo was marred after two deaths and a handful of critical injuries led to the festival's final day being canceled, which prompted the updated safety measures to insure that the event would indeed go in this year.
