(Radio.com) Julien's Auctions, "auction house to the stars," will offer up Lady Gaga's 1990 Rolls Royce Corniche III May 17 at the Hard Rock New York as part of the Music Icons, Legends and Rebels Auction.

Offered for the first time, the red two door convertible was owned by Lady Gaga and used by her publicly to travel to the Guggenheim Museum in September 2012.

According to AutoEvolution, the three-speed two-door was purchased by Gaga five years ago and the title is registered to her full name - Stefani Germanotta - and father, Joseph. Valued between $30,000-$50,000, Lady Gaga is offering 100 percent of the sale of the vehicle to MusiCares, a non-profit providing a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need.

The vehicle will be on display at the Hard Rock May 12 through May 17 prior to the auction. As of Monday morning, a single bid has been submitted for $15,000. more on this story
