(Radio.com) Glen Campbell is under heat from a production company who say the country singer has violated an agreement he made back in June of 2011 to collaborate on his upcoming documentary I'll Be Me.

According to Billboard, Campbell and director James Keach agreed to work with production house the Record Company and have since violated their promises.

A complaint was filed against Campbell on Monday (Sept. 29), where the studio claims they were excluded from participating in Campbell's upcoming film. Allegedly both Campbell and the studio agreed they would have exclusive rights to develop the project.

Once Campbell's Goodbye Tour started and the film began production, the Record Company was apparently pushed out and Keach, his PCH Films and Glen Campbell Enterprises took over. As a result, the Record Company is suing Campbell and his Glen Campbell Enterprises for breach of contract. Read more here.
