Lorde, Chemical Brothers, Miguel Release New Hunger Games Track (Recap)

.
On Tuesday Lorde, Chemical Brothers, Miguel Release New Hunger Games Track was a top story. Here is the recap: (Radio.com) First came "Yellow Flicker Beat," Lorde's (singing) contribution to the Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 soundtrack, which she curated herself. Now there's more new music, again from Lorde - but this time, she's more of a background player.

Consequence of Sound calls attention to "This is Not a Game," released Monday (Oct. 20). The track, the newest taste of the Mockingjay soundtrack, is helmed by the Chemical Brothers, with Miguel handling vocals and Lorde providing a few moments of her own.
BBC Radio 1 premiered the song today. Miguel takes the vocal lead in a sometimes-singing, sometimes-rapping style - "I'm talking 'bout a revolution," he cries - with Lorde popping up on occasion to croon, "there it is."

Meanwhile, the Chemical Brothers handle the production side, making a much-anticipated comeback after a few years away. The track is the newest from the Hunger Games soundtrack that Lorde curated, due out Nov. 18. Listen - here.
