(Radio.com) For Charli XCX, the debut of her sophomore effort, Sucker, is facing an unusual "problem": things are going too well. Previously scheduled for release on October 21, Sucker will now be held until December 16 in the U.S. and January 26 in the U.K./Europe.

But, not to let the moment be a complete downer for fans eagerly awaiting her new full-length, the pop songwriter also used the opportunity to reveal the collection's cover art (via Idolator).

"I'm overwhelmed by the love for boom clap & the support from all u angels, I need to put the date back so I can launch the album properly" she said via Twitter. The follow-up to her Iggy Azalea-assisted hit, "Fancy," "Boom Clap" is Charli XCX's first completely solo smash single.
