Vince Gill to Be Honored at BMI Country Awards (Recap)
. According to Rolling Stone Country, Gill receives the award thanks to his 35-year career in country, which includes 20 GRAMMY awards and 26 million album sales. Well known for his expertise as a musician and country singer and songwriter, this isn't the first time the hall of famer has been recognized. Earlier this year, he earned a Career Achievement Award from Country Radio Broadcasters. Gill also regularly lends his support to up-and-coming artists.
