Bobby Shmurda Denied Bail A Second Time

(Radio.com) A New York City judge has denied the $2 million bond package Bobby Shmurda's legal team presented. (via XXL Magazine). This marks the second bail denial for the Brooklyn-based rapper in under two months.

Shmurda, whose real name is Ackquille Pollard, is awaiting trial after he was arrested for conspiracy, weapons and drugs charges back in December 2014.

The arrest resulted from Shmurda's involvement with "criminal street organization" GS9, which committed numerous crimes to defend their territory. Read more here.
