Madonna Does Surprise Tribute Performance For Paris Victims

(Radio.com) In Stockholm, Madonna offered a moving tribute to the victims of terror attacks in Paris. When the European leg of her acclaimed Rebel Heart Tour touched down in the French capital Wednesday night, the Queen of Pop had another heartwarming tribute up her sleeve.

This time her sweet gesture took an impromptu turn. Immediately following her show, Madonna tweeted "Im singing some songs in place de la republique. Meet me there now #Paris . #rightnow"

For the live unplugged set en plein air, she was joined by her son David Banda and guitarist Monte Pittman. They performed her second Rebel Heart single "Ghosttown," "Like A Prayer," and a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine." Fans and Madonna herself documented the rare, emotional performance on social media.
