Bobby Shmurda Pleads Not Guilty
. (Radio.com) Bobby Shmurda has pled not guilty to all charges following his Dec. 17 arrest, as has GS9 affiliate Rowdy Rebel. If convicted of his charges, Shmurda could face up to 25 years in prison. The Brooklyn 20-year-old was indicted alongside 14 members of his GS9 squad on 69 charges, including drug distribution, second degree murder, and conspiracy to commit murder. At their hearings last week (Jan. 29) at Manhattan Supreme Court, all members of GS9 pled not guilty to all charges.XXL reports that 50 people filled the Manhattan court room for the hearings: lawyers, police officers, family members, reporters and even executives from Epic Records all showed up.
