Garth Brooks Being Honored With Renaming Of Hometown Streets
. (Radio.com) Garth Brooks will return to his hometown of Tulsa, Okla., this week for his world tour with his wife Trisha Yearwood--and the country singer is in for a big surprise. The streets he once called home have been renamed in honor of his visit with some of Brooks' most popular songs. During his visit to Tulsa, Brooks will perform Jan. 9-11 and Jan. 15-17. While celebrating breaking Tulsa's and his own ticket record which dates back to 1997, he can cruise by Low Places Lane, Thunder Rolls Road and Shameless Blvd. Read more here.
