Suge Knight Wanted by Police After Fatal Hit & Run Accident
. Rap mogul Marion "Suge" Knight is being sought as "a person of interest" by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in their investigation of a fatal hit-and-run accident in Compton on Thursday. Knight's attorney James Blatt told ABC7News.com that the former Death Row Records executive claims that he was trying to escape in his car after being attacked by two people. Blatt told ABC that Knight struck his friend Terry, who was later pronounced dead at an area hospital, and he injured a man named Cle Shaheed "Bone" Sloan (believed to be the actor, filmmaker and gang activist.) Sloan was also hospitalized and his condition was not known at press time. According to the report, the authorities said that Knight was involved in an argument on the set of a promotional shoot for the NWA biopic, "Straight Outta Compton," a half an hour before the fatal accident.
