Foo Fighters Releasing Early Recordings
. (hennemusic) The Foo Fighters will release "Songs From The Laundry Room", a 10-inch vinyl collection of early demos and an unreleased track as part of Record Store Day 2015 on April 18. Recorded at Barrett Jones' Laundry Room Studios in Seattle, Washington, the package features demos of "Alone + Easy Target" and "Big Me", a cover of Kim Wilde's "Kids In America" and a previously unreleased song, "Empty Handed." Head Foo Fighter Dave Grohl was recently named 2015 Record Story Day Ambassador. The annual event is held the third Saturday of every April and is a celebration of the unique culture surrounding over 700 independently owned record stores in the USA, and hundreds of similar stores internationally.
