Tank Release New Album Details
. (Classic Rock) Tank have revealed the tracklist and cover art for their upcoming new album. The NWOBHM veterans release Valley Of Tears on June 8 after extending their deal with Metal Mind Productions. Guitarists Mick Tucker and Cliff Evans are joined on the new record by former Dragonforce singer ZP Theart, who has toured with the band for the last two years. The album is Evans' and Tucker's version of the band's follow-up to 2012's War Nation. Fortmer singer Algy Ward launched his own version of Tank and issued the album Breath Of The Pit in 2013. Evans says: "The title comes from the famous tank battle during the 1973 Yom Kippur War where one side was massively outnumbered but fought on regardless and against all odds secured a heroic victory."
