Chris Brown's Probation For Rihanna Assault Ended
. Controversial entertainer Chris Brown's probation for his 2009 assault of pop star Rihanna was officially ended during a court hearing on Friday (March 20th), according to E! News. Brown took to twitter before and after the hearing on Friday. He first tweeted in the morning, "Hopefully this is my last day in court..... Pray for me.." and then after the hearing told fans "IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!", according to the report. E! received confirmation from the Los Angeles District Attorney that Judge James Brandlin ended Brown's probation after finding that he had completed his community service and he was cleared of violations by the probation department. Brown was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats after he assaulted Rihanna on February 8, 2009. He later entered into a plea deal, where he pleaded guilty to a felony and was placed on probation. Read the E! report here.
