Knight's attorney Matthew Fletcher says that his client told him that he had not received his medications since Thursday, according to Billboard who report that Knight suffers from diabetes and has a blood clot.

After Knight's collapse, bailiffs reportedly cleared the courtroom and paramedics arrived a few minutes later. Billboard is streaming video of the incident here.

As previously reported, Knight has pleaded not guilty of murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run charges. Knight is possibly facing life in prison if convicted due to California's three-strikes law. -
