Lorde Inspired To Make New Music By Robyn's 'Dancing on My Own'

. (Radio.com) Lorde is getting back in the studio, and she has Robyn to thank for her newfound inspiration. The "Royals" singer penned a long note on her Tumblr about what she's thinking as she gets back in the studio to record her sophomore LP.

"First records are like meeting someone and feeling that need to do everything, just in case for whatever reason, you run out of time, or they stop feeling the same way as you," Lorde wrote.

"I feel much calmer, more comfortable in my love of doing this, and its apparent love of me, this time around. So there's that." She went on to describe how Robyn's "Dancing on My Own" is the "perfect song." Read more here.
