(Radio.com) This week on Veteran's Day, a number of county stars will hit the Chicago Theatre for CBS Radio's first ever "Stars and Strings." Dierks Bentley, Gary Allan, Hunter Hayes, Jake Owen, Justin Moore, Kip Moore, Lee Brice, Little Big Town and The Band Perry are among the artists on the bill; the show will see all of the artists perform solo and in various combinations

Radio.com recently spoke with Kip Moore about the show, and why it is important to support our veterans. "I like to think that I'm a fairly tough guy," he says. "But I can't fathom being in battle, in war, and facing that on a daily basis and what that does to you mentally.

"I've always had such a heart for people who are fighting for our country and I hate it when we don't rally around those guys. We have such a freedom here, and we're so protected, and it's all because of those guys and girls. I've never been in battle, I've never fought for our country, but I've always understood what a big deal it is." Read more here.
