American Express cardmembers can purchase advance tickets for the U.S. shows starting November 16 at noon local time, while general ticket sales for all shows will begin November 20 at 10 a.m. local time. Due November 13, Bieber's fourth album has been previewed with the lead tracks, "What Do You Mean?", "Sorry" and "I'll Show You." The Canadian singer's last album, 2012's "Believe", debuted at No. 1 on the US Billboard 200 with opening week sales of 374,000 copies.
