Adele May Be Cast For Her First Film Role By 'Hello' Director

(Radio.com) Adele may be saying "hello" to the big screen with her first role in a film. The singer is reportedly in talks to appear in The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan, according to ScreenDaily.

The new film is helmed by director Xavier Dolan, who recently directed the music video for her hit single "Hello". Adele is purportedly being cast for a small supporting role, alongside Jessica Chastain, Kit Harrington, Susan Sarandon and Kathy Bates.

The story is described as follows: "An American actor whose correspondence with an 11-year-old child star is exposed, leading to presumptions that threaten his reputation and career." Read more here.
