Neil Young Announces 'Bluenote Cafe' Live Album
. He closed the era with 1988's This Note's For You, back by his horn fueled big band, the Bluenotes. On the tour, they notoriously baffled audiences by sticking to This Note's For You for most of the shows, augmenting that with unreleased material, but mostly ignoring his back catalog. It's a collection of performances from that 1988 tour that makes up Young's next release in his "Performance Series," titled Bluenote Cafe.
