The Scorpions Announce 'Forever And A Day' Documentary DVD
. Originally screened last week in cinemas, the project sees filmmaker Katja von Garnier accompany the group on what was originally intended to be their farewell tour, following them on the road from Bangkok to Moscow to capture candid moments, memories and live footage. The Scorpions eventually changed their minds, returned to the studio to record a new album, "Return To Forever", and hit the road for a 50th anniversary tour. "Seeing all these old fans, the new fans coming," says guitarist Rudolf Schenker, "everything was sold out, and getting told by the fans what the music means for them, then we more and more", understood that the time wasn't right for the band to retire."
