Drake Surprised That Meek Mill Didn't Respond To Diss Track

(Radio.com) Drake recently sat down for a rare interview with The Fader. The conversation covers many topics, but many will be interested in Drake's thoughts on his recent beef with Meek Mill.

Meek Mill began the feud in an epic twitter rant accusing Drake of using ghost writers. Drake responded the next day with the track "Charged Up". "Given the circumstances, it felt right to just remind people what it is that I do," said the rapper "in case your opinions were wavering at any point."

Drake was surprised and disappointed that Meek Mill didn't respond. "This is a discussion about music, and no one's putting forth any music? You guys are gonna leave this for me to do? This is how you want to play it? You guys didn't think this through at all-nobody? You guys have high-ranking members watching over you.

"Nobody told you that this was a bad idea, to engage in this and not have something? You're gonna engage in a conversation about writing music, and delivering music, with me? And not have anything to put forth on the table?" Read more here.
