Kendrick Lamar is being sued for the alleged unauthorized use of the classic Bill Withers song "Don't You Want To Stay" on the rap star's 2009 track "I Do This", according to TMZ.

The celebrity gossip site reports that Mattie Music Group, which says it owns the rights to the Withers track, filed a suit against Lamar seeking damages and they no longer want Lamar to use the Withers song.

They reportedly claim in the legal documents that "I Do That" "consists of nothing more than new rap and hip hop lyrics set to the existing music of 'Don't You Want To Stay."
