Florida Georgia Line Recruit Backstreet Boys For New Single

(Radio.com) The new Florida Georgia Line single featuring '90s superstar boy band Backstreet Boys has dropped. The song, "God, Your Mama, and Me," is featured on the band's third album Dig Your Roots, which comes out August 26. Backstreet boy Nick Carter gave a heads up on Instagram last Monday (Aug. 15), that new music was coming. Fans who know the history of Florida Georgia Line shouldn't be too surprised by the collaboration. Band member Brian Kelly told the crowd at a recent show in South Dakota that Backstreet Boys was his first concert, and band mate Tyler Hubbard added that the first CD he ever bought by the boy band.. Then Florida Georgia Line covered Backstreet Boys' "Everybody." Working with a band that was so influential in their youth tied into the Dig Your Roots theme about looking back and learning from where you've been.
