Ed Sheeran Returns To Social Media With Cryptic Posts

(Radio.com) It has been a long and quiet year for fans of Ed Sheeran's Twitter and Intagram accounts. About 12 months ago, the singer announced that he'd be taking a break from social media.

On Tuesday morning (Dec. 13), however, Sheeran broke his year-long hiatus with cryptic posts on Twitter and Instagram--simple images of a blue box. Could this be an indication that new music is on the way? While Sheeran hasn't revealed any details about his forthcoming album, he said last year that he would be working on it during his social media break.

'To my family and friends, if you love me you will understand me buggering off for a bit, to my fans, the 3rd album is on its way and is the best thing I have made thus far. See you all next autumn, and thank you for being amazing," he wrote at the time. Read more here.
