(Radio.com) As Panic! At The Disco enjoys the success that comes with "Victorious," their second radio hit from Death of a Bachelor, fans of the album are still scratching their heads asking, "What's the story with the album cover?"

Why is there a car in the pool and a naked Brandon Urie lying unconscious on the roof above? Getting to the answer is apparently simple. You need simply ask the man behind the music.

The scene was what Urie was looking at the whole time while writing the new album. "That was my scenery. I was always out either throwing a party or just partying by myself. I wanted to show people exactly what I saw. Maybe that'll give them a glance into what I was going through." It's the morning after a really good party. Read more here.
