Eddie Vedder and Miguel Perform At Their Former Schools
. Vedder attended the fundraiser at his former high school The San Dieguito Academy and rocked the stage with other alumni. However, he didn't perform any of Pearl Jam's material. He, with the help of a handful of old classmates and teachers, covered Joe Jackson's hit from 1979 "Got The Time." Later, he backed a band called The Amazons on the hand shakers. The students at Dana Middle School went crazy when Miguel performed his Grammy-winning song "Adorn" during the talent show. Kids screamed as they recorded the performance on their smartphones. He attended the show to help give out awards to the participants of the show. It was a special moment for the R&B singer because he was handing out awards with the Boys & Girls Club of Los Angeles Harbor members. He was a member of that Boys & Girls Club as a child. Take a look at Miguel's performance and you can see Eddie Vedder's in the two clips here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com. |
