According to CBS News, Martin Shkreli, along with RZA, Paddle8 (The auction house that sold the album to Shkreli), and Wu Tang-affiliated producer Tarik "Cilvaringz" Azzougarh, are being sued for $2 million. Jason Koza filed a lawsuit saying his fan art depicting the nine Wu-Tang members, was commissioned to be used for the website WuDisciples.blogspot.com and not for the album cover. He also says that his three works depicting Inspectah Deck, Ol' Dirty Bastard and Raekwon appeared in a Jan. 28 article at Vice.com. Read more - here.
